Evan started as a Homebrewer way back in 2010 brewing Apfelwein in one gallon milk jugs under his bed. Since then, he has been brewing mostly all-grain beer. Slowly getting better and better. Always after the best recipe and the best technique. Using the techniques learned at Penn State in Information Sciences and Technology gave the basic skills for forming BrewTech.
