What is HomeBrewTech?
Recipe Creation
HomeBrewTech is an application that allows for recipe creation, brewing, and sharing among Homebrewers.
It begins with creating a recipe. From there, the recipe is stored forever for your use. You can share it, print it. Do whatever you want with it. From there, HomeBrewTech will calculate fermentation times, bottling dates, and more.
Every recipe is dynamically viewable. The recipe will change based on how you usually brew. What equipment you use. If you usually brew 10 gallons and someone else brews 5 gallons at once then the recipe page will change to reflect that.
Brewing Guide
When you are ready to use a recipe simply hit Brew It! And the application will work with you to coordinate your hop schedule and let you fill in your gravities at the appropriate time.
You can then use the interactive brewing page to follow the timer. It adjusts for input including the grist temperature and pre-boil gravity. The timer will alert you when to add hop additions so you don't forget. It was created with simplicity at heart.
Review
Once done you can review everything about that brew session. Add pictures to it, tasting notes and share with other to use.
The Future
From here, HomeBrewTech will have a mobile application in the future to better serve the members of the Homebrewing Community.
